Wild Kenai Red Salmon is pleased to announce that our Borealis Smoked Salmon won 2nd Place at the 2011 Symphony of Seafood!  A private judging in Seattle by top chefs gave our smoked salmon the silver medal.  We hope to bring home the gold next year with a new recipe we have in the works.
