Wild Kenai Red Salmon

As a commercial venture, Wild Kenai Red Salmon is over five years in the making. Despite Charles’ developing interest in commercially smoking salmon, it was not until his son, Graham Evans, graduated from college that the dream could manifest.

Graham brought energy, passion and the business experience he gained while in college. He now shares in the family recipe and craft. Together, Graham and Charles make it their mission to offer you the same fish they would serve their (grand)mother.

The same year Graham graduated from college, Charles discovered a small, family owned and operated salmon processing company in Naknek, Alaska that takes incredible care of their fish. Finally, Charles had found fish treated with the same care as those caught by us on the Kenai River. Finally, the quality needed for Charles’ smoked salmon.

Wild Kenai Red Salmon is family owned, family operated, and family oriented. We source our fish from a family owned and operated business as well. We seek to treat our clients with the same courtesy and care that we treat members of our family.

We are excited to offer for sale for the first time salmon that meets our standards for quality and taste. We take pride in our product, and guarantee its artisan quality.
