Graham, this is the best smoked salmon I’ve ever had. After guiding on the Peninsula rivers for ten years, taking hundreds of people fishing, sampling all the smoked salmon they would bring in the boat, some home smoked, others commercially processed, your fish by far is the moistest, most flavorful fish I’ve had.
It didn’t matter what size package I opened from your batch, each piece was done to perfection. As people who smoke fish know, sometimes the smaller pieces get overdone. Not in your case. Every package I opened was perfectly smoked. This is truly an art form that you’ve perfected. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I’ve sent your smoked salmon to friends and relatives this Christmas and it definitely was the talking point when they called to thank me.

All I can say is WOW!!! The box did indeed arrive for New Years Eve and my husband Charles and I opened it right away. We tried it by it self to get the full flavor of the smoking and herbal mixtures. Throughly enjoyed the full smoked flavor which did not overshadow the freshness of the salmon itself. We practice outdoor living skills and can truly appreciate how much time and effort go into harvesting and processing the fish in a good way. We then added goat cheese, capers, sliced red onion and french bread. We really enjoyed it. Also, we have 5 cats that fought over the outside skin. A good time had by all! I think people are really ready for food to taste like food again. Best wishes for a Happy and Healthy 2010 and beyond!

This is truly the best smoked salmon I’ve ever had!
My friends and I got together and made a large purchase of these lovely filletts. Wow, what fish! Wrapped in perfect meal sizes for one or two persons. Thaws easily, cooks up real quick and so beautiful, red and tastey. Nothing like that anemic, dog food fed, dyed, farm raised pseudo-salmon sold in the grocery stores here on the east coast. Your salmon is superb! It has a wonderful flavor and doesn’t have that usual frozen fish flavor. I can’t wait to try out the recipes on your website! I also love the fact that your salmon comes from a conscientious, small company. Great food and great people!
Our family recently ordered some Borealis Red Smoked Salmon from Wild Kenai Red Salmon. The service was excellent and the product sublime! Grandpa (whose been in Alaska for 66 years) says it’s the best smoked salmon he’s ever eaten. Our whole family agrees.
