Wild Kenai Red Salmon is family-owned and built upon over 20 years experience in smoking wild Alaska salmon. We are an artisan producer; our craft is a passion, a science, and a love for pristine fish and complex flavor.
We produce in small batches based on the order’s we receive, and ship only fresh smoked salmon.
We seek out and source only premium quality, number one, wild Alaska salmon, and then smoke it on the Kenai peninsula with pure ingredients - wild harvested, local and organic whenever possible. Our smoked and frozen products are all at least 90% wild and organic, in which we take pride.
